Please print Forms 1 to 3 that are linked below. Page 1 of Form 1 is payment form for your deposit, page 2 and 3 are policies for the event. The deposit form can be completed on line but must be printed and signed if you are paying by credit card. Until you send us the deposit form with your payment and complete the forms in Step Two you are not committed or accepted for participation in the event:

In order to proceed to Step Two of the registration process you must have printed all the forms in Step One. In Step Two you will obtain forms that will ask you to provide information about yourself, a declaration of fitness, an emergency contact form and waiver of liability that must be completed. Until you send us the deposit form from Step One with your payment and all completed forms in Step Two you are not committed or accepted for participation in the event:
